Toxic environment
Development (Former Employee) –  BostonMarch 4, 2015
Paid a pittance and expected to work nights/weekends for no additional compensation. Management is hired for political means only and only those that "play the game" are promoted. Lots of incompetent employees in Administrative departments.
Pros
culturally fulfilling
Cons
no room for growth

This is a pleasant work environment at an excellent music school. Small group of people who support each other.
