Seeking applicant with scheduling experience to oversee scheduling of home care clients, support administrative staff, process payroll, A/R, billing, data entry. Must have excellent telephone skills, flexibility, organizational skills, customer service, enjoy working with the public, and be able to multi-task.Must be able to work well with others and work is a small office environment. Computer literacy required and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. Quickbooks knowledge a plus. Experience in health care a plus. 20 hours per week. Applicant must be able to pass criminal background check and driving record check.
