We have open position for a Part Time Admin Assistant.

Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing to meet work load deadlines
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to demonstrate independent thinking, initiate and problem solving skills

Duties:

  • Daily collection, typing and preparation of field reports
  • Daily time sheet data entry
  • Maintain complete organization and integrity of file folders and electronic filing system
  • Fax and scan documentation as needed
  • Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate party
