The Business Development / Sales Manager at New Horizons will be responsible for training and coaching a team of Account Executives as well as develop business within named enterprise accounts.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Coach, mentor and develop sales team
  • Assist Sales Team with meetings, presentations & proposals
  • Lead/assist in the development of sales standards
  • Assist in the ongoing training for the sales team
  • Assist with the identification and implementation of account allocation and management
  • Build relationships within the local IT community - OEMs, Vendor Partner Community, Resellers, Integrators
  • Assist in identification and development of new sales strategies
  • Build and deliver regular reporting regarding sales activity, forecasts and pipeline
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Develop business within named enterprise accounts, achieving outlined targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with targeted accounts
  • Assist in the development of product launch strategies and implementation plans
  • Execute new product launches for assigned enterprise accounts and sales team's accounts
  • Coordinate business development efforts with marketing

Qualifications Include 3 - 5 Years of experience in the following areas:

Experience managing a team of b2b sales professionals
Experience training and developing a team of b2b sales professionals
Technical Sales Experience
Experience managing large, enterprise-sized accounts
Business Development Experience
