The New Jersey Apartment Association seeks an energetic, highly motivated professional to serve as receptionist and administrative assistant. This position will report to the Executive Director.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word, including mail merge functions. Knowledge in Access a plus. Candidate must be detail oriented, able to follow directions, willing to learn and take on new tasks. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, be able to clearly communicate, multi-task, and have a customer oriented personality. This is a full time position and requires occasional local travel.
