I Loved my job at New Milford Hospital when the CEO knew all of our names and said hello to everyone. In such an employer as this I feel you get more productive employees because you are made to feel appreciated.
I learned very much (by the seat of my pants) as I was put into a new department which no one knew anything about it, I taught myself as I went along. That lasted for 11 years before they did out with my position.
My co workers were wonderful people, although I worked alone someone would always have to come in for one reason or another.
Hardest part of my job was being on the phone with a nervous patient and doing the billing on the computer at the same time due to time limitations.
