The company is already established but in this state it is still in need of improvement and teamwork. The work can be divided but reasonably and one person depends on others to complete tasks. Opinions are not warranted and when starting the workload was tremendous and sometimes not worth it. It was sometimes thrown together and there was no training or direction but it was expected to be done. New employees were arriving and they were younger and younger with no real experience in this field. They seemed nice enough but most often seen chatting in groups or having all clients sit in the recreational room while they talked. Appeared very clique like in nature and it was best to keep moving through. Cannot speak of the growth but they have a tendency to blame and overload people and fault them if the work is not completed; the pressure to copy and paste material of like people is substantial but help is not founded because the CEO comes in town but does not really speak to his limited workers for improvement or take it seriously. Unless You want all the work, no real management, workers your kids age that is only there for a check find somewhere else.
