This organization uses strategic planning and growth goals to target and acquire some excellent health service lines and staff to operate them. Two employee unions represent many of the employees. Employees given good on-board training and continuing education.

Typical day was rooming patient, taking vitals, administering injections,drawing blood, showing concern for patients before being seen by the provider. I learned something new everyday in this job with the diversity and on going education training. Management was pretty good in applying new procedures and shceduling. My co-workers were very good team players and we always looked out for one another.The hardest part of my job was leaving every day and the emergencies that came about with the geriatric patients. The most enjoyable part of my job was caring for my patients and getting to know the families. The experience of furthering my education while on the job was rewarding.
