Purchased by a Capital Investment firm in 2015, and still have growing pains from merging five companies. Recently RIF'ed 20% of work force in effort to reorganize and streamline operations. The employees of the company are very knowledgeable, and have vast expertise in their areas of practice. The employees are also a lot of fun to work with, and are eager to share knowledge.
The most difficult part of working their was the frustration of inconsistent direction from Leadership.Leadership does not present unified front with direction of organization. Different teams operating without the same goals on how to move the organization forward. Many never really felt empowered to do their job as there was a constant struggle with direction, and differing of opinions on how things should be accomplished.
The part of my job that I really enjoyed the most was building relationships with customers. Helping them to realize their potential, and providing them with the best solutions to meet those needs.
