NYE has good products but unfortunately the company takes an antiquated approach. For example, account base is all on 5x7 index Cards and you are required to update it after each call. NO CRM.
You cannot track your own orders and must call Customer Service for an update. I made several suggestions that Sales Reps have their own secure password to be able to update accounts especially when your in their office.
All reports are faxed into the VP of Sales. I made another suggestion that we be able to digitally send.
The culture is not open to NEW ideas and suggestions from the field or from accounts.
