Not the same company it was when I started there in 2005.
Cons: managers who don't know the job, no ladder to climb, health insurance, more work than hours in the day
It used to be a great company to work for. The benefits were good, the pay was too, there was actually a ladder to climb. Most of the employees had been with the company for 30-40 years. They got rid of those folks in the last few years and now the turn over rate is out of control.
