Working for NYRP as an Americorp member was a fullfilling job NYRP taught me the native species of trees and flora. the proper way of maintaining them. I worked along side many volunteers while working at NYRP. I had a feeling of giving back to the community I was serving. My co-worker were just as dedicated as I was. We had a feeling of making the enviroment safer for all ages. The hardest part of the job was leaving when my term of service was completed.
