Responding to emails , answering phones promptly, research trade transactions. I've learned the ins and outs of the global markets. The management were fair as far as setting goals for my department and being informative on my progress. My co-workers were friendly yet stern about our work. The hardest part of the job is giving a client bad news regarding their account. The most enjoyable part of the job is receiving praise from client.
