I believe this company needs to invest on improving morale. Once you invest in the people the rest will come.

Hours were 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or til the job was done.
Metrics meeting every day from 9a.m. to 10 a.m.
Materials meeting every day from 10 a.m. to noon
Conference calls daily - communicating new product launch 30 mins to one hour.
Management team worked well together.
Co-workers worked as a team always willing to help each other.
Hardest part of the job

I personnally enjoyed my co-workers. We were great morale support to each other. – less
