Fun internship that introduced me to the behind-the-scenes work at a television station

Throughout the summer, I was committed to learning as much as I could about television. What I learned was the work and intricacies that go into a newscast, especially for sports. The hard part was understanding the rundown and how to gather, cut, and put on a five minute sports cast on time restrictions. The staff was helpful. While working there, I notices how many crew members go out and shoot the stories that they believe people should know about as well as get the anchors to report on them as well as updates on the stories.
