My Co-workers and my Manager are amazing. We are all very hard working and love what we do. We have a great reputation in the hospital, and patients compliment us 24/7. I love helping patients and providing my friendliness and great patient skills to patients.
Great work schedule, work around school, recognition for hard work, rewards
very fast paced no real breaks except for lunch, sometimes over whelming with so many calls, not enough transporters

This was a great place to work. The staff is great and made me feel very welcome. I learned a lot of different procedures are preformed at the hospital level of billing insurance. The hardest part of the job was working the ER desk because everything you do first at the front desk is done backwards at the ER desk. This was frustrating.
