We are looking for a highly-driven, enthusiastic person to join our inside sales team. The objective of the Inside Sales role is to manage inbound leads through the marketing system, input qualified opportunities into the sales automation system and make high quality sales appointments for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of computer hardware industry, OEM/ODM eco systems, computer based programs, and have ability to assist in the sales efforts of our partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Service existing accounts and obtain orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
-Support Sales activities and documentations regarding OEM/ODM business in Northern America.
-Monitor inventory, enter and monitor orders, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns.
- Initiate outbound cold calls or emails to potential customers, direct and indirect.
-Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement to close, engaging all influencing and decision making contacts.
-Recommend changes in products, service, price and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customer base.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
- College degree preferred.
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Demonstrate ability to manage change, shifting priorities and tight deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
- Willing to be flexible and adapt to new challenges and various tasks throughout the day
