Was fun for a while until they acquired a new cocky, arrogant CFO who makes empty promises he can't keep and when he feels challenged, he fires employees left and right with no warning and no reason. New CFO and CEO took over company and shoved a lot of the "legacy employees" out to make room for their own people.
Company is expanding but will never be able to if they don't ditch the masogynistic, disorganized, cluster of a management style. There's no organization and deadlines are a free-for-all. No training. You're only promoted if you have a special religious connection to upper management. Very LDS company who judges those who aren't. When new managers are promoted, their success becomes the responsibility of those underneath that manager rather than falling on the manager him/herself.
Set up for failure and unrealistic expectations more and more over time. Huge turn over in payroll.
