Keep Looking!
Former Employee (Former Employee) –  OrangeMay 3, 2013
The WORST company. They do not take care of their employees. They short EVERY single check. If you catch their mistake, it takes over a month to see any type of compensation. They do not follow OSHA guidelines. Work is extremely unstable. The working environments are HORRIBLE. Per Diem is 35 dollars a day. They put their workers in hotels that have bed bugs. On multiple occasions had the "boss" show up to job sites drunk.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Pros
nothing!

Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Woodland, CANovember 4, 2012
Although the small staff is quite fun to work with, the Nexlink Corporation based out of PA, does not support the office at the local level.

Very unstable client base resulting in sudden layoffs/hires, etc.
Inappropriate office behavior from management as well as lower level staff.

I would keep looking if I were you.
Pros
flexible work hours (for the most part) and did i mention you can drink alcohol in the office?
Cons
never know when you are going to be laid off or put on "part time" hours.
