I chose NexRev out of 5 different companies as I felt that they were family oriented and warm at the time. Little did I know that it was only because everyone was on their best behaviors during both of my interviews.
The gossip around the office is worse than gossip in grade school in and all girls high school. My first day, I've heard my colleagues talk bad about my boss and vice versa... This isn't what you want your employees to promote to new hire folks.
Granted, being in Human Resources, I interact with just about every single employee in the company; however, this is just unprofessional.
I talked to my manager about a few issues not with anyone but with procedures and instead of hearing me out, she interrupted me pretty often and was really rude and defensive. I was not talking bad about the company nor was I upset. I was just pointing out some flaws in a few procedures that they use....
I don't even know where to begin with the turn over rates. I've seen over 10 people come and go with my time at NexRev. I understand that companies will have that; however, if your turn over rate is getting closed to retail stores, you may need to see what is causing that. Maybe, look into your managers.
The admins, IT, and the technicians were great to talk to and work with. I have to admit that I will miss them even though I've only worked here a few months. We have quite a bit of meetings where they pay for lunches, breakfasts, and even dinner. They go out of their ways just to make us feel wanted and part of something good.
