Busy downtown Cedar Falls office is looking for a full-time office cooridnator to help with the day to day operations for our various companies. Duties will include working in the following areas:
o Answer phone/greet people arriving at the office
o Order supplies for stores/office
o Tasks in Accounts Payable
o Assist with day to day operations and reporting
- Attention to detail and a reliable team player.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Outlook, proficient in Excel is a must
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational ability.
- Direct experience working in an environment that has continuous change.
