Our client, the largest provider of temperature controlled distribution services in the US is seeking a Manager of Revenue Management to join their team at their Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA (Perimeter/Sandy Springs area).
Overall accountability for reviewing, analyzing and modeling existing customer pricing and contracts, and making recommendations that will support revenue growth & profitability improvement. Utilize supply chain knowledge, financial acumen and analytical skills to develop models & proposals that support Business Development in customer rate management & pricing decisions.
Analyze existing customer profiles, pricing and contracts to ensure Company pricing is accurate, profitable and consistent with customers business profiles.
Develop pricing strategies and partner with Business Development and other departments to develop data-driven strategies to sell in pricing changes to customers.
Prepare accurate and professional pricing and financial analyses in a manner that can be presented to customers to support rate reviews.
Collate & manage information related to business profiles, pricing and contracts for Company's National Account customers.
Create and maintain internal rate management models and profile/ rate/ contract databases.
Work with Account owners and GMs to identify customer scope changes vs contracted scope.
Provide support for annual customer rate review program.
Engage with other departments (Engineering, IT, FP&A, PMO, Transport etc) in obtaining any relevant information to support pricing reviews.
Prepare simulations and summaries of pricing for internal discussions and negotiations. Explain pricing to internal staff and customers.
Maintain detailed knowledge of market rates and conditions and other solution elements in order to ensure cost & price assumptions are accurate.
Exhibit high degree of professionalism during meetings, presentations and negotiations internally and externally.

Experience and Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Education, Training & Professional Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related field including:
Bachelors degree in Business or Financial related discipline, MBA preferred
Experience utilizing quantitative modeling tools
3-5 years in financial analysis in a logistics-related role
2+ years in customer-facing role
Knowledge & Employment Standards:
A good understanding of supply chain elements, particularly warehousing, associated costs & a transactional pricing environment.
Analytical problem solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically.
Proven ability to communicate and present complex data in a persuasive and consultative manner – both written and verbal.
Inherent strength in project management to meet aggressive deadlines.
Team player approach with strong mentoring and management skills to maintain engaged associates.
Ability to influence and partner with teams in all areas of the company to ensure implementation and maintenance of the highest standards.

Ability to travel on average 20-25%, peaks to 35% - 50%
Salary: $90K - $100K
