NextCare has five major initiatives for the year 2007. One of those is to be the "Employer of Choice for the Associates of Choice". We believe our greatest asset and our 'product' is our people ... both providers and employees of our company. Over the past several years we have greatly enhanced our employee benefit package, implemented 'team – more... member of the month' programs and looked to ways to bonus and acknowledge exceptional perfomances. We know that taking care of our patients also means taking care of our associates as best as we can. Michelle Geeve is heading up this initiative, assessing everything that goes into working and/or providing care at NextCare.
That being said, this is a two way street ... we will be able to afford to offer more to our associates year over year if they assist us in distinguishing ourselves by (1) creating the exceptional patient experience, (2) assuring that we are compliant with the regulatory environment, and (3) providing outstanding clinical care. NextCare is on a mission to be the employer of choice AND the urgent care provider of choice. Excellence must be part of our culture ... it will pay dividends to each of us ... not just financial ones, but the pride of being part of a company that provides five star service and five star care!
