We are seeking a full time customer service / inside sales representative to join our dynamic and fun team! We are a 5-star promotional products direct importer/supplier located in City of Industry, CA specializing in a variety of promotional products (pens, lanyards, caps, totes, mugs, etc.) as well as custom made merchandise within the ASI (Advertising Specialty) industry. Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls and emails concerning pricing, product information, order status, lead time, artwork, etc.
Process and enter invoices utilizing Quickbooks
Prepare artwork requests and communicate all customer specifications in writing on established company template
Maintain files of active orders and posts activity such as scheduling changes, partial shipments, and shipping changes
Coordinate and communicate with production team to monitor order status and ensure prompt delivery
Receive and respond to all customer inquiries and complaints. Analyze requests and resolves customer concerns in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Outlook
Strong verbal & written communication skills, and phone etiquette.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a very fast paced work environment
Must have a positive personality, “whatever it takes” attitude, and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player; high initiative and follow-through
Strong attention to details and highly organized
Ability to work independently and self-directed on tasks and projects
Highly motivated, ambitious, and results driven
Ability to solve problems in a timely and effective manner
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Promotional Products industry (ASI, SAGE, PPAI) experience preferred
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred
Quickbooks bookkeeping experience with an accounting background preferred
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Spanish a plus

Full Time Hours (Monday - Friday)
$12/hr base salary (DOE) plus 8-10% commission
