Former Spotter, Minooka, IL - July 13, 2016
The company seems like a pretty good place to work until you start spotting and realize you have to do everything they should be doing in the office. The spotter's shouldn't have to do 5 things at once on top of driving, and in my opinion it slows down production. They want you to Label Tags, Read a Chart, Open & Close trailer doors, Listen To the Dispatcher and pay attention to the onboard Computer which is insane and makes no sense all. However, if your OK with doing all that the pay is pretty good.
