Nick's Restaurant & Nightclub is seeking a culinary professional who is versatile, creative, and can manage all aspects of the kitchen.
Must be able to work independently, follow existing recipes, and create new specials.
Minimum 5 years restaurant line cook experience.
Valid ServSafe Northern Virginia Food Manager's Certificate.
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
Fluent in English.
Virginia resident with some management experience preferred.
Must work all stations of the kitchen including: sauté, char-grill, flattop, expo, and prep.
Other responsibilities include inventory control, food cost control, and effective communication with executive chef and wait staff.
Tuesdays through Saturdays, 35+ hours per week, 4-5 nights, approx. 3 PM to close.
Closed Sundays, Mondays, and most major holidays.
Nick’s has a casual, fun environment with live music every weekend.
