Hiring, interviewing, scheduling, and coordinating Personal Care Aides for the purpose of providing private duty care in vulnerable client homes. This job requires being either a CNA, an LPN, Previous Service Coordination for in home care, or a Social Worker with at least 1 year experience in Home Care. Computer and customer service skills required with special emphasis on excel spreadsheets. Knowledge of how to recruit and schedule is a real plus! The successful candidate will be able to handle the coordination of a team of employees, manage 100's of individual schedules, and carry a call phone. Multi-tasking required in a fast paced environment. Employment management skills a must. Ability to provide hands on care if needed also required. Clean Sled, good driving record, and good references with the ability to lift 50 pounds also needed. Salary is commensurate with experience and capabilities but range is $25,000.00 to $40,000.00 per year.
