Pros: great base pay
Cons: threat of termination, charge backs and internal candidate stealing
This company starts off paying you a very acceptable base salary. There is also a potentially lucrative commission structure, however, they do everything possible to deduct from that once its paid to you. The initial training is a mere 5 days, whether you have experience or not. Then, you are assigned a "mentor" who only helps you if they like you.

There is no recourse or protection from this and there are no "split deals" as in many other genres of sales. Then, without warning (even if you are making the required call counts and quotas) you are terminated. If you're a shark of a sales person and could care less about anyone else, this is definitely for you!! – less
