The Company's footwear and accessories are sold to more than 7,000 department, specialty and independent retail stores. As of January 1999, the Company sold its footwear and accessories through 1,499 retail locations. The Company markets its products to customers in more than 55 countries including Australia, Canada, Chile, China, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and the United Kingdom through approximately 430 specialty retail locations.
