Management team was great,sales associates was a good group of guys to work with ; my daily duties 9 to 5 start by taking previous bank receipts and change order to the bank , make the deposits ,receive merchandise prep stockroom ,physical count inventory,making sure every carton is there ,then scan every carton after unloading , process incoming and – more...  outgoing mail , customers orders to be shipped ,handled damaged issues ,assist mgmt team on sales floor ,security ,trained new associates on the stockroom set ups and operation,general maintenance ,changing light bulbs,and hanging sale signs ,dusting,vac., mopping and cleaning of washroom.The hardest part of my day there was none,The most enjoyable part , was when I finish all task of the day completely and above standards, and everybody go home happy. – less

Typical day includes lots of sales and customer services. Also, dealing with inventory and floors. Management was great as well as co-workers.

It was a good experience because I had the pleasure in working with good, helpful, and professional co workers. The bad part was the retail environment is not for me. the retail environment and the customers can be stressful and demanding at the same time.

I've worked at Nine West now for 2 yrs as a sales associate and at first it was fun an relaxing but after awhile you turn out to dislike it due to lack of advancement,opportunist, ways of being.

I love the people I work with, and the merchandise is great, but for the amount of work that you do the company doesnt compensate their employees very well, or make you feel appreciated

This location had a lot of changes that took place while I was employed there. A decrease in sale volume, staff and management turn over, and the lack of store manager leadership made working there very stressful. Upper Mgt (i.e DM & Area Mgr) gave no support and or leadership to help the remaining staff.

Everyday I learn something new at work. I get to do what I love and that is making customers feel their very best from the start of a conversation to them making a shoe purchase. Its fun to style a customer in the latest fashion trends and have the customer walking away happy. This was my seasonal job i didn't do much at this job. I just mostly did back room stocking and clean up.

The job was pretty well, but the schedule was productive enough. They also didn't offer advancement oppotunities.

i loved working at Nine West, it was a company with friendly customers and co-workers.

They very much valued all of their employees and it was a true joy to work for this company.
