In most cases, I usually respond to a variety of inbound billing and general quality/compliance issues either by phone call queries or face to face services. By so doing, I have developed my decision-making ability to the benefit of both myself and management.
My co-workers are easy going and we work as a part of a team when things become complicated at work. The hardest part is when correcting mistakes by affiliates/divisions. However, this is arguably the best part or perhaps enjoyable aspect of the job because it provides a learning platform and insight into the duties of others.
