Over-staffed land department plagued with overlapping responsibilities and poor management from middle managers. Very political company culture that was strongly evident in April 2015 layoffs. High turnover rate among 20-something's in the land department as a result of how the land department was structured and managed. Nothing more than a pay check and resume builder.
