Best first job
Customer Service Represenative/ Supervisor (Former Employee), Nashville,TN – May 19, 2013
Pros: breaks
Cons: back to back calling
A typical day there consists of answering inbound calls. I learned how to be professional on the phone as well as learned how to do cold calling. The co workers there were pretty much laid back as well as the managers. The hardest part about the job is the non stop calling. you hang up on one customer, you have another call right away. The most enjoyable – more... part of the job was working with good team leaders. – less

Good work done here.
Product Sales Manager (Current Employee), Spokane, WA – February 24, 2013
Pros: medical insurance, the knowledge that i believe in the system that that it is teaching valuable skills
Cons: low pay for this type of job, heavy reliance on my dept for operational funds.
- A typical work day is 8 hours season longer hours M-F
- I learned to plan out farther in advance than I ever had before and to create different ways for people to learn.
- I personally had many changes in management. I would have preferred more mentorship and development.
- I adore my co-workers. Working for volunteers is tough, and everyone does – more... their best to provide service to them with the mindset to help girls succeed.
- Collection: Knowing that folks are stealing from kids and having to track those folks down and collect from them and possibly turn them over to the authorities.
- Rallies. These events get the participants kids/adults ready to go for the season ahead. There are many smiles and much joy at the events, and I don't get that environment very often. – less

Productive Student Athletes
Director of Operations (Current Employee), Waco, TX – February 12, 2013
create practice schedule. Use time management skills to accomplish all task written down for the practice. Cooperate with other coaches and parents in assisting student athletes on and off the court. The hardest part of my job is not being able to reach some kids due to their circumstances and environment. The most enjoyable thing is watching the kids – more... grow in their process towards college. To watch them build respect and character throughout the years being in the organization is a fulfillment to my goals. – less
