Pros: challenging environment to make a difference
Cons: overall mgmt culture
Executive mgmt culture not only not effective but perform business based on emotions and relationships. Demeaning environment not empowering. Vicious political environment. City of Norfolk should be ashamed for allowing this to continue. Not good for the city. These communities are not reaching their full potential. Enjoyed serving residents and the city but not with this organization. Federal oversight needed since these funds come from HUD.
