VP of Sales has no concept with partnering with distributor customers

Micro-management to the nth degree with absolute no reality of dealing with distributor partners. Totally overstates bonus structure. Still struggles with brand building and committment from wholesalers. VP sends out e-mails shaming wholersaler partners and always negative with his field slaes team. There are better opportunities out there for you field sales managers.
