VP of Sales has no concept with partnering with distributor customers

Pros: great liquid(beers) from pyramid and magic hat breweries
Cons: micro-management, terrible top-down management structure, no field sales training, vp of sales consistently berates his field sales personnel.
Micro-management to the nth degree with absolute no reality of dealing with distributor partners. Totally overstates bonus structure. Still struggles with brand building and committment from wholesalers. VP sends out e-mails shaming wholersaler partners and always negative with his field slaes team. There are better opportunities out there for you field – more... sales managers. – less
