Accounting Associate (Former Employee) – Glenview, IL – May 19, 2017
Typical work day seemed up and down. One person would be overloaded, while another has nothing to do. It is an uncomfortable environment as most long timers and managers tend to look down at you if they do not know you. Culture should be more diverse, though there is clearly an underlining issue with diversity throughout the company. Hardest part, is pleasing management. I learned my worth once I left this company.
Project Management (Former Employee) – Glenview, IL – October 9, 2013
Dedicated long days to develop corrugated POP display program for national brand based on supply chain system. Biggest challenge was transitioning company from cut sheet litho technology to corrugated world.
Hardest part of job was dealing with account reps lacking experience or motivation in corrugated field.
Most enjoyable when campaign was successfully completed usually under very tight deadlines.
CPG Marketing Administrator (Former Employee) – Glenview, IL – September 11, 2013
North American laid the foundation for my growing marketing skills. I enjoyed the fabulous co-workers who were encouraging and such a delight, everyday! What I enjoyed the most was the workload; it was fast-paced and kept me on my toes. The hardest part of the job was getting more marketing projects initiated and completed.

Poorly managed company that doesn't value its employees
Manager (Former Employee) – Glenview, IL – October 11, 2012
Do I need to say more. Ethics questionable. Senior managers have no people skills and their business acumen is questionable. Paranoid atmosphere. Suck up to the right people and you will go far. Politics are dirty. Sales reps are lied to and cheated out of commissions. Benefits are rock bottom. Just don't even go near this place.
