I worked for NBS for a few years. They are great with quick temporary assignments - but be aware they are a for profit company.
Which means if you are looking for full time perm work and they have put you on an assignment know that they are making more money from you as a temp. You can forget about getting interviews from them for something permanent. I went on an assignment for 2 months and it kept getting extended. It was not a temp to perm and although I would see a lot of perm opportunities online I was qualified for, I was never considered for them or offered an opportunity to interview with the client because I kept a steady check coming back to NBS.
I recommend only using them for either temp work only (meaning you just wants a quick buck but not looking for anything long term), or perm work (if you already have a full time job). I wouldn't expect much otherwise. You should probably try other staffing agencies if you are looking for temp work and being able to interview for perm opportunities as well. This one can't do both. It's either or with them.
