Pros: flexible, meet good people

Decent place to gain experience. Compensation is terrible for what you do. There are no benefits unless you are full-time. Management is shoddy at best. With extensive experience in the job, my self and several others were passed up for promotion to full-time for two people that I personally had more time put in there than both of them combined. Then – more... to add insult to injury, they hired two external people who have no idea whats going on or how to do things there to fill the other two full-time positions. Wasn't happy but do like the people I work with a great deal! – less
