I worked at this company for over a year and mostly had a great time. I worked with many clients who very very fun and sweet, and I miss them. The job is usually easy, but it depends on what house you will be working at. Some of the houses are difficult and dangerous to work at, because some clients may have behaviors. Clients may become uncontrollable sometimes and many of my coworkers have been hit and injured during their shifts. If you work day shifts, you will be working with other staff. But if you work graveyard shifts, you will be working by yourself. There were a couple times when I had to work alone all night with 4 (very large) male clients. I'm a young woman, so this was very frightening for me.
The management is mostly friendly and worked with me to provide a good schedule and a good place for me to work. One issue though is that the pay is not great. Also, this company does not do direct deposit, so you have to make a trip to the corporate office in order to collect your pay check, even if you live far away. This makes it a little bit difficult, but overall I had a good time working for NES.
