North Star Agency is an independent, foodservice equipment, factory representative firm serving Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Western Wisconsin. We specialize in commercial restaurant and foodservice equipment. We have represented equipment in our territory for over 35 years.
As manufacturer's representatives our primary function is to – more... introduce our manufacturer's products to the foodservice institutions in our territory. We are the direct link to the manufacturers we represent, however we do not sell directly to our customers. All orders are placed through our equipment dealers and distributors within our territory.
Additionally, our responsibilities as manufacturer's representatives extend beyond the traditional roles. In addition to selling the manufacturer's products we represent, we also act as consultants by helping our customers identify product applications.
