The members of our hospice team are leaders in the field of end-of-life care and offer many years of experience to our patients. Our medical directors are board certified in hospice and palliative medicine. We provide on-going education for our staff because we want our patients to benefit from the most sophisticated symptom management techniques available today.
At NorthCare Hospice & Palliative Care, there is a difference. We provide innovative, state-of-the-art care for people facing life-limiting illnesses throughout nine counties in Missouri and Kansas.
We are deeply rooted in our Greater Kansas City community, where we have been providing care and comfort to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families since 1996.
Today our program provides care for patients with a wide range of end-stage illnesses including chronic lung disease, congestive heart failure, end-stage renal disease, neurological disease such as Huntington's and Parkinson's, Alzheimer's disease, Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS), and cancer.
