Want to work somewhere and give 110% only to have them pull the rug out from under you. Sign right up for employment. The general manager/ partial owner is as unstable as they come. On a scale from 1-10, I would give a 3...employees interactions were great, management was awful.

great learning environment for new techs

Northeast Acura was a nice shop to work , with knowledgeable co-workers . Unfortunately , the flat rate pay system is outdated , and management has little experience with technicians .
