Fulfilling work, AWFUL leadership

Working with staff and families is the best part of this position. However, the CEO and administration makes working here absolutely unbearable. While there is flexibility in your schedule, administration continuously adds cases to staff caseloads resulting in burnout and turnover. They also offer no support and offer next to no training for staff in the field. It's apparent that the welfare of the staff is NOT a priority, PROFIT is for the CEO. This agency thinks nothing of firing people. The employees are in fear of losing their jobs and don't have a positive regard for the administration. This has been a nightmare experience.
