Unit Secretary (Current Employee) – Gainesville, GA – November 1, 2015
Great benefits and pretty good pay. The overall culture of the units i work in aren't very good and attitudes are CONSTANT. Some days its good and some days its horrible. I am not completely unhappy working here, but i can say it could be A LOT better.
Certified Surgical Technologist (Former Employee) – Braselton, GA – October 31, 2015
The was the worst job ever, management clearly has favorites and they are allowed to do whatever. There are some surgeons that are down right mean and nasty. You will get bullied by co workers and when its reported nothing EVER happens I would NEVER EVER recommended working here so many people quit within the short time I worked there and so many people I know feel the same way.

Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant (Current Employee) – Gainesville, GA – May 26, 2015
When coming into work I am physically and mentally prepared for anything to happen. We work in such a fast pace enviroment that you must really be able to manage your time wisely and preform your job efficantly. My co-workers make my nights more enjoyable by being able to laugh and have a good time but we also know that there is a time to play and there is a time to work, and we all do our fair share of work.
Phlebotomist (Former Employee) – Gainesville – May 3, 2015
- be able to stick 40+ patients per shift - fast paced - co- workers can be lazy sometimes be warned ... - babies can be hard to stick, but for me personally I loved the challenge ! - you learn something new everyday
work with schedule with you if you are a student
be ready to work your hard stays busy all year long

I loved this facility work environment. They have very thorough nursing skill program with preceptors and continuous education classes. They have a very high standard but very rewarding. I strongly recommend for any one who wants to work at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
