Northeast Hospitals

Since 1997, Baptist Hospital Northeast has completed several major construction projects, including a $500,000 renovation of the Women's Center and building a $4.9 million, three-story Emergency and Outpatient Center and medical office building.

The Women's Center, which was renovated in June 1997, offers the privacy and modern maternity facilities
 – more... today's young families want. Opened in May 1998, our new Emergency and Outpatient Center makes healthcare more convenient by placing all outpatient services -- from allergy shots to physical therapy to an ER visit -- in one location. Both construction projects represent our long-term commitment to the communities we serve.

The quality of healthcare in any community is, to a large degree, dependent on its physicians. People shouldn't have to drive for miles every time they need to see a doctor. To meet this need, Baptist Hospital Northeast has made a concerted effort to bring more doctors to the area. Today, there are some 300 doctors on our medical staff, representing almost every field of medicine. Physicians are now practicing in communities such as Campbellsburg, New Castle and Crestwood, in addition to La Grange.

Baptist Hospital Northeast has also supported improved Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and ambulance services in the area through donations and the provision of education and training to paramedics and emergency medical technicians(EMTs). – lessMore from ZoomInfo »
