Measures of Success
The 2016 annual report highlights how NVRH and its community partners move toward a community integrated healthcare system while continuing to improve the health of all the people we serve. We are using this three-part approach to meet our goals: Better Care (improving patients' experience of care), Healthy People (keeping people well, addressing behavioral risk factors, focusing on preventive care) and Smarter Spending (lowering the cost of care while improving quality). This is our pathway to a healthy community, and these are the measures of our work.
