Not all they make it out to be

Pros- Training is excellent, commission structure is nice presuming you can make margins to get there, people are generally helpful, great place for ex chefs(won't fit in with no kitchen experience even with broadline sales experience)
Cons- Time off- make sure you negotiate if it's important to you. 1 week after a year then 2 weeks until 10 years. Have to pay monthly for a company phone or let the company take over and own your cell number(can't get it back.) Will click down your salary no matter what your sales are after 6 months. Must use own personal laptop. Have a lot of expectations that aren't the easiest to meet. Only get .10 a mile for gas.
Honestly, good opp if you have broadline experience as well as many years in the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend if you don't unless you want to "marry" your career.
