Systems Control is currently seeking an Engineering Manager for our new office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is responsible for the overall operation and results of this remote office that includes leadership of Protection and Control Engineers and Designers that service the Electrical Utility Industry.
This dynamic individual will be accountable for leading this office to achieve sales and operational targets and goals. You will have the opportunity to strengthen our relationships with existing clients across the world, support the development of new business partnerships with electrical utilities, and drive our efforts to identify additional service and product solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a technically superior Engineering Services team. You will create metrics to measure and monitor the team's successes and opportunities. You will also communicate with other departments to address and resolve field issues.

Successful manager candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, MBA and/or PE preferred. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in Transmission & Distribution Protection & Control engineering, which involves the creation of one-lines, schematics and wiring diagrams and/or the creation of coordination/relay settings. Equally important is a minimum of 5 years of experience successfully managing and leading an engineering team. Experience in startup of a service related business, to include staffing and managing, is preferred.
