A heavy duty truck and trailer/refrigeration repair company is looking to fill a position in our Parts Department in our NY location.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
*Managing front and back counter sales for walk-in customers
*Scheduling delivery of parts to customers
*Administering cycle counts and quarterly inventories
*Providing quotes to both customers and internal Service Sales staff
*Maintaining a high level of service to all customers, internal and external
*Reviewing service paperwork daily for accuracy
*Assisting in making delivered if necessary
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to solve problems
Ability to work independently,as well as with others
Must have an understanding of basic financial and accounting concepts
Inventory Management skills preferred
Knowledge of ERP system a plus
Use of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of the transportation refrgieration industry preferred, but not required.
A current, valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record is required
