This is a full-time position. This position is responsible for the development and administration of the Appalachian Housing Counseling Program and the Community Housing Development Orgaziation (CHDO). Applicant must be flexible and work well with the public, must obtain Housing Certification within (12) twelve months, must have the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, and knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, and must have experience in housing development activities.
Applicant must have a four-year degree majoring in Human Service or Psycholocy, and experience in real estate and mortgage banking and knowledge of the laws regarding evictions and residents right.
